I have a problem with Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2009.

The information is on top of the image, and I can't play the anthem of the
country. It doesn't just apply to Australia Facts and Figures, it also
applies to other countries as well.

Can anyone please help me solve this problem?

Thank you very much for your help!

I have uninstalled Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2009 and restarted
my computer.

I installed it again, but the problem is still there.

How do you solve this problem?

Thanks!

When attempting to install Encarta 2009, I get the following error message
at the beginning of the installation process: "A file that is required
canot be installed because the cabinet file
Finddlx.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the
cabinet file is corrupt". At this point the installation stops. I tried
seval time to no avail, including in Safe Mode. I searched the MS Knowledge
Base with no success. I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.
so please help me out bcoz i hve bought this product and if this does not
work,my money would be useless.........so please help me out...

Try copying the entire disk to a folder on your hard drive.
This will tell if it's due to a problem reading the disk (it may be
scratched or dirty). This is actually most likely the problem.
If the copy succeeds without error, try running setup from that folder.

If that also fails, you'll probably want to contact Microsoft support:
