I got a reply from Italian support. They wrote that actually
a problem affects their server and that updates work until
October 14 only. They think the problem could be solved in some days.

I bought the download last year, and now i have a problem and it won't let me
download it again, it is not my fault and should not be charded. i am a bible
student with no money. I need this encarta so very badly.So if someone in
Edmonton please have a copy i could buy please please please help me out.
