Microsoft Encarta Reference Library Cannot access.

Since the 1st of November I cannot use the Dictionary or Encyclopaedia,I
just get a message "The Address Is Not Valid" most likely causes,"there
might be a typing error in the address." "if you clicked on a link,it might
be out of date." "What you can try: "retype the address. Go back to the
previous page.
Obviously,I can't do either of these,its as though it
was trying to contact a website but I haven't asked it to. How can I get
over this? Incidentally, the Maps section functions!
