I am running Windows 7 on VMWare Fusion on a Macbook Pro with a 7200RPM SATA
drive. I have run Vista VMs and Windows 7 RC VMs on this computer and
Readyboost was configurable on them. Once I switched to W7 RTM Readyboost
reports that the performance will not be improved so it is disabled.

I am thinking this has something to do with the virtual machine setup that
has changed from the earlier version of Windows (Vista and 7 RC). Is there
anyway around this to get Readyboost to run. I have tried formatting the SD
in both FAT32 and NTFS both get the same message. This is a high speed
Sandisk Extreme SD rated at 30 mb/s so I have to believe Windows 7 is
incorrectly reporting.

Also, where are the Window 7 discussion groups?
