Issue with Printers not working in Windows 7 64-Bit HM PRM

Here's the funny story, this customer is using two HP printers, one is a
laser the other isn't - both were working just fine in Windows 7 64-bit HME
PRM and after the customer/client downloaded a zip file from AOL to print -
one page printed and the second didn't - the spooler stopped and the job got
stuck in the que... we started the Spooler again, and restarted - but the job
was stuck so we removed all the cables from the computer from the printer and
re-hooked one back up and it states the printer driver isn't installed -
although we downloaded the HP Laser 1020 driver many times, but Windows still
states it isn't present!

The printer is attached but still grey-out or "unspecified" and will not
print!
Any advice on what is wrong or if there is something wrong in general?
