Okay,

Here's the dilemma, my client printed a downloaded file from AOL - keep in
mind that all printing issues prior was working excellently - but once and
after the customer printed the first page the second job apparently got stuck
in the que of the HP Laserjet 1020 and Windows kept telling him that the
spooler has stopped and either neither to be restarted or he would have to
restart the computer - which he has done many times. But yet, it still fails
to recognize the printer be attached. Either printers.

So, I had him unplug the printer(s) {the two he has} and attempt to connect
them up again but this time although we restarted the spooler - it fails to
recognize the printer driver. It keeps saying it isn't installed when we
downloaded the printer driver and installed many times and it still isn't
seeing it.

Maybe someone can tell me if I missed something?

Dave -

Windows 7 kept stating that the spooler needed to be restarted, although a
print job was commence and printed but a second print was made and never
printed.
