CRM 4.0 Client for Outlook configuration failed

I have problems with the configuration of the CRM 4.0 Client for outlook on
two
notebooks. (on other notebooks we have no problems and the configuration
works!)
The configuration of the systems on which we have the problems are the same
as on notebooks which works:
- Windows 7 Ultimate x86
- Office 2007
The Client Software are the file "CRMV4.0-i386-Client-DEU".
After installing the client I did an reboot and start after this the
conifiguration wizard.
The Problems occured after the step to establish the connection to the
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
which you have to enter the server name. After this the following error
message is displayed:
(I try to translate the message from german into english:) )
"obligatory updates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM could not applied
successfully. Please run the
application again"
Does anybody know what's the problem???
