How to protect accesing my PC by other users in the same LAN?

I have a PC running XP SP-2. I want to protect my PC anyone from my network
including the administrator accessing my PC using any method such as:

None of them, including administrator, should be able to my PC using:
\\computername\C$ or D$
I have disabled "Allow users to connect remotley to my computer" option.
But, still administrator can access my PC by typing \\computername\C$ or D$
How can I stop it ? Kinldy advise..
