Opening VB 5.0 forms and code

Hello,

Is there an wasy way to import or migrate Visual Basic 5.0 code
(*.cls) and forms (*.frm) in Studio 2008?

I have a VB 5.0 application that I would like to modify. There is no
solution file and no project.

VS2005 has a converter. Im assuming that VS2008 does too.
