MSE Quarantine Item

Hi,
All my seetings for virus/melware found are set to recommendation, of which
two have been found to date.
One was removed and the other quarantined.
What do I do for the one in quarantine? If I follow the path where it was
found it has been removed (to quarantined I suspect). I cant find the
quarantine folder if I want to delete file. I cant remove it through MSE
interface. Will MSE take care of it in time?
Appreciate some insight.
