Shadow Copies not created on schedule

Hi Guys,

I am running a Server 2003 SP2 server and Shadow Copies are not being
created on the scheduled times. I have attempted the following (As suggested
by another thread) without success:

*Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18\d42cc0c3858a58db2db37658219e6400_xxxx",
*Delete the scheduled task
*Disabe shadow copies then set it back up again with a schedule

I can manually create shadow copies without a problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what I could try next?

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Servers. In the
Servers subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Windows Server, and
find a group there for your post.
