I have created a setup project with a (German) VS2008. As required components
I selected the Visual C++ runtime library (x86).
On a German Windows XP the installation works without problems.
But on a English Windows XP I get a window with the error message
"install.res.????.dll" which has to be confirmed by clicking OK - the
installation of the C++ runtime library has failed...
In the log file following entry can be found under vcredist_x86: "Process
exited with code 8191".
The installation procedure is always performed under administrator rights.
Any ideas to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Thorsten
