.Does .net framework understand the number stored in local languages.
For Ex: My site supports english and arabic languages and i have a
config entry called No of notification to send. This number is stored
in local languages and will be used to send email notificaiton to the
customer.
will my common routine understand this number (store in local lang)
number and send appropriate number of notification
