adding a HP printer/driver in silent mode

hi, i'm having problems when i try to install a Hp printer with the quiet
mode using printui. When i do no use the /q it works OK
when i try to install the driver only ,i have the same problem
¿any solution?
the code line is
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /q /if /b "PrinterName" /r "PortName" /m
"HP LaserJet 2430 PCL 6" /f "PathINF" /Y
mode using printui. When i do no use the /q it works OK
