WNetCancelConnection2 does not close connection

I'm creating connection to remote server using WNetAddConnection2.
It works perfectly fine until I'm trying to close it.
I'm using WNetCancelConnection2("connectionname", 0x1, true).
After invoking this method I can't see connections via "net use" as expected, but i can still acess remote folder.
Does anyone know the reason of this issuse?
