I am facing a problem with Crystal Reports Viewer.
After my report is generated, I click on the printer icon in the toolbar of
the report to print the report. I have a HP Laserjet 2200 and two drivers
are installed on my computer. PCL6 and PS.
1. If I select HP Laserjet 2200 PCL6 driver and print the report, there is
no problem.
2. If I select HP Laserjet 2200 PS driver and print the report, then I get
an error generated by Crystal Reports Windows Form Viewer.
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
If I click on OK button, the report is not sent to the printer.
Is there a problem with Crystal Reports and Postscript Printers in general?
Or the problem which I have discovered is only with HP Laserjet 2200 PS
driver and Crystal Reports?
Has anyone faced a similar issue?
