i have microsoft 2003, and have forms to fill in on my computer, i can get
the curser to flash on the box that needs filling but it will not type
anything. Sorry if described wrong but not very computer literate

There is no product called "Microsoft 2003". You'll need to tell us what
Microsoft *product* you are working with.

Also, since this is a newsgroup relating to programming Windows Forms
applications using Microsoft's ".NET" (aka dotnet), we'll need to see your
programming code that you've tried so far.
