Background Information to my Problem:
o) I compiled it with CodeSourcery (no errrors)
o) I managed to flash the bootloader (Tinybooter) with sam-ba (no errors)
The problem is, that the bootloader does nothing:
o) No debug-messsages on the serial
o) No startup of the wired-protokoll communication to deploy the
microframework TinyCLR itself.
I already checked the memory map (scatterfile), the debug_channel (COM 1),
Has anyone experience in compiling the sample Port to the AT91SAM9261 EK?
Does anyone have a similar Problem?

Yesterday i got the portbooter to work (with debug-port COM1).
Is there anything i have forgotten to configure for the tinybooter?

yes

yes i tried that; i think it runs but it currently uses the wrong
communication port.
(no debug messages and no communication with MFDeploy)

> Boot File" script? You should run the latter to ensure it is installed

yes
I had 2 simple Problems with the Port:
a) when the Tinybooter is compiled with gcc it includes the uart stubs
instead of the right ones
b) the flash version of the tinybooter is to big with debug included. So I
built a release version
Now it is deployable and ready to use.
