Hi,
I am hosting the .NET enterprise service component through the windows
component services. I am creating the object for service component and using
it from client. It works fine most of the time. Sometimes, creating object
throws the below error.

Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID
{C44C5122-FE30-37D5-B4E5-D985F8AA10FB} from the IClassFactory failed due to
the following error: 8004e024.

If we go and restart the service component, it works again.
What could be the cause for this? I am using the windows server 2008.
