Hi everyone:
We will have to build an application (I guess it should be a windows
Service) to keep to differente (DB2 -> Oracle) databases synchronized (I mean
to replicate one data from one into the other). To ensure the
transactionability of operations (I mean the individual operations are
committed as a transaction or rolled back) I would like to use
EnterpriseServices, something like COM+, to achieve this goal. The
application should be build in .Net 2.0 (or upper versions if any good
suggestion on it...). Actually I am here requesting for comments, any
suggestions or options should be appreciated. I would like to know if anyone
has done this before, how did you do it (at a context look, not to much
insight, just a guide)? did you use enterpriseServices? any other way around?
