TextBox backcolor when in readonly

Can I set the background color for a textbox when the read
only attribute is set to true? (now I only see the gray
color)

I've tried and success to set the TextBox.BackColor to
web colors and TextBox.Enabled=false.
It's okay to do this, but user might be unfamiliar with
this UI, because their experience of disabled TextBox is
gray... :)

Setting the ReadOnly property on a TextBox to true will always set its
BackGround color to gray.
