How to list remembered networks on Win CE 6.0

Hello,
As you know Android has that thing - remembered networks. And it lists
them no matter if they are in range or not....
I am trying to understand if Win CE has something like that and if
that is called "preferred networks"?
Are there any APIs allowing to add/remove remembered networks?
Any input is much appreciated,
