What editor do you mean? Visual Studio .Net? Yes, it does intellisense
for vbs (why don't you try before you ask questions like that?...)

I did but did not find vbs template.
There are js, html ... templates but vbs.

Perhaps because no one use it for client-side scripting as it only
works in IE. If you need vbs, add a new file and name it with *.vbs
extension at the end.
