How to activate Chinese Input method in ASP.NET programmatically?

Hi,

Just wondering does anyone know how to activate/load a particular
input method within ASP.NET programmatically (using VB.NET). I know
the Loadkeyboard API can do this in a window app, but I tried it
within ASP.NET (wasn't using codebehind) doesn't seems to do it. Any
help will be appreciated.
