Forms Authentication

Hey there,

I am new to .NET and I am trying to understand the
Authentication model for ASP.NET apps.

If anyone has info to direct me to... it would be greatly
appreciated.. I am looking for questions to the following
using c#.

1. How do I implement the Authentication using the Forms
based Authentication model.

2. Within subsequent pages where and what code should be
placed witin the code behind files.??

3. Does this hold true for non .aspx files??
