MailMessage not eaching hotmail?!

i am using MailMessage code to send email message and i have no problem
sending to different email provides except hotmail.com

The emails to hotmail.com are not reaching inbox or Junk though it was
successfully sent from my website.

I have updated the sender id for my domain (ahlanbahrain.com) with Microsoft
sender id program and the SPF is v=spf1 a mx ~all as you can see in the
following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safety/content/technologies/senderid/wizard/

where is the problem?
