Dynamically Controlling ASP:Button Width

I have a asp:repeater that has a asp:button. The buttons text is filled in
from the repeater's datasource. I would like the buttons width to be the
same size of the text. But the button is adding space and each end.

example:
current button looks like this

| this is my text |

I would like to remove the spaces and have it look like this

|this is my text|

How can I contorl this?

those spaces are browser dependent, I don't think you could control it
withing your ASPX pages
