Hi,
I downloaded the framework from microsoft website and installed IIS
server from the windows CD and when I trying to surf my host, my
browser ask me for user name and password. does anyone know which user
name and password should I give him

You should not be asked for any user name or password. You'll have to go
into the IIS Manager and change the security settings on the default website
to allow annonymous access.
