toolkit for .NET software developer. The program allows you to load,
view, process, print and save digital images, convert them to
different image file formats, possess enhanced work with multipage
TIFF files.
VintaSoft Imaging .NET can be used as standalone SDK or can be
extended with Annotation .NET Plug-in, PDF .NET Plug-in and JBIG2 .NET
Plug-in features in any combination. Complete combination makes up the
bundle named VintaSoft Document Imaging .NET SDK and perfectly suits
for usage in digital document imaging and electronic documents
circulation systems.
Using VintaSoftAnnotation.NET Plug-in you can add and process various
forms of annotations to an existing TIFF, JPEG or PDF file in .NET
environment.
Using VintaSoftPDF.NET Plug-in you can display, render, create,
convert, annotate, print, save, manipulate and edit pages of PDF files
in .NET environment.
Using VintaSoftJBIG2.NET Plug-in you can view, create, convert,
manipulate and save black-and-white JBIG2 compressed images in .NET
environment.
What's new in version 4.3 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK:
1. Image viewers optimized: Added asynchronous image loading in image
viewer; Increased image viewer and thumbnail viewer performance;
Increased visual tools working speed; Fixed bug in setting rendering
adjustment in image viewer.
2. Image processing functions optimized: Added new hierarchy of image
processing classes; Added ability to create custom image processing
functions; Added new image processing functions: pixelate, sepia, tile
reflection, blur, edges, sharpen; Allowed to convert from/to 16-bit
RGB formats BGR555 and BGR565. Supported saving to BGR555 in BMP only;
Default thresold value was set to 384 while converting color image to
black-and-white image.
3. TIFF codec optimized: Added progress indicators of image loading
and saving; Added ability to copy pages with JPEG compression from one
TIFF file to another; Changed logic of TIFF codec work to be more user
friendly; Optimized algorithm of work with fax TIFF images.
4. Memory usage in PDF, JBIG2 codecs and JPEG encoder optimized.
5. Image Viewer demo updated and renamed to Imaging Demo.
6. Print function updated and optimized for printing PDF files.
What's new in version 4.3 of VintaSoft Annotation .NET Plug-in:
1. Added ability to preview annotation thumbnail image in PropertyGrid
and change that image in PropertyGrid.
2. Added ability to change Location property in PropertyGrid.
3. Fixed bug in ImageViewer.CancelAnnotationBuilding method.
4. Optimized memory usage.
5. Increased performance.
6. Some minor fixes.
What's new in version 1.3 of VintaSoft PDF .NET Plug-in:
1. Added the control for displaying a PdfFont: PdfFontViewerControl.
2. Added visual tool for text selection and navigation:
PdfViewerTool.
3. Added extended drawing access to PDF page: PdfEditorTool.
4. Added visual tool for selecting and extracting images from PDF
page: PdfImageExtractorTool.
5. Added ability to find and extract within a PDF document.
6. Increased performance and optimized memory usage.
What's new in version 1.3 of VintaSoft JBIG2 .NET Plug-in:
1. Fixed image distortion bug in JBIG2 lossy encoding algorithm with
enabled symbol dictionary.
2. Memory usage and performance optimized.
3. Some minor fixes.
