We are looking for .NET Technical Lead –Cincinnati, OH – 12 Months
contract position

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong C#, ASP.NET experience.
• Minimum of 5 years or more of development expertise
• Strong experience with SQL Server Development including complex
queries, stored procedures, etc).
• Some experience or knowledge of Silverlight
• Some experience with WCF Services (or RIA Services)

Technical skills that are optional and may be required:

• Reporting technologies such as SSRS or WebFOCUS

Non-technical Experience Required:

• The lead will manage a 15+ person offshore team. Must have strong
off-shoring background and must be committed to working in an off-
shoring cycle.
• Agile development cycle (Scrum based), optional although this is the
environment that they will be working in.
• Strong client facing skills and must be able to integrate into
client team.
• Must be able to work independently with the client and lead and
manage a medium sized team working offshore.
