Setting up DFS replication using Server 08 and Server 03

We have a dfs share setup on Server 03 and I am deploying a new machine using
Server 08 and wanted to enable DFS replication between the two. I added the
name spaces and replication groups and everything is now visible, but when I
select the folder I want to replciate between the two machines Server 08 says
that replication isnt enabled on Server 03. I checked Server 03 and I do not
see a DFS replication service so I went to add/remove Win components and dont
see it available. What am I missing?
