Excel Macro problem

I have to parse out data that are not consistent. The data comes in as:

- Scent sprays and similar toilet sprays, and
mounts and heads therefor:
- - Sprays
- - Mounts and heads of the sprays
- Powder-puffs and pads for the application of
cosmetics or toilet preparations

I want the out to be:

- Scent sprays and similar toilet sprays, and mounts and heads therefor:
- - Sprays
- - Mounts and heads of the sprays
- Powder-puffs and pads for the application of cosmetics or toilet
preparations
