CAMFROG

If there are any other users out there who use camfrog you may be able to
help me.

I have been using camfrog pro now for over one year. I have recently had to
reformat my hard drive and re-install all my software including camfrog.
Luckily I kepy my code so I can upgrade to pro version.

All was going ok, then when I logged on into one of the chatrooms on camfrog
my webcamn appeared as usual, but as soon as I click on another user to look
at their cam, my cam went black and styaed that way. Then when I tried to
view another webcam which you can do with pro version the first webcam I
click went black. This happens everytime, once I click on a users webcam the
previous one I opened goes black.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing both camfrog software and my
microsoft webcams driver.

Does anyone have any clues ideas. I have tried contacting camfrog but they
just told me to upgrade to the new beta version, which I did but did not
make any difference. I told them this but they do not reply any more.

Please someone must have an idea of what may be causing this.
