diablo II and direct x 7

I have windows me and an ATI xpert 2000 32MB video card. When I run the
video test to play diablo II, I get a NO Video Modes Found error. The
diagdx says everything is fine. I have the latests video drivers.
Attached is the log from the video test. Any thoughts?

install newest video driver and diablo 2 patch 1.03
