Usually the cause for this is when the Cryptographic Service has been
disabled. Make sure this service is running and try the install again.

Sure Joe. :)

1) Click Start
2) Right Click "My Computer"
3) Select "Manage" from the dialog
4) Expand "Services and Applications" in the left pane
5) Select Services from the expanded list
6) Find "Cryptographic Services in the right pane - Status should be
Started. If not do 7 & 8
7) Right click and choose Properties
8) Startup Type should be set to Automatic
9) Service Status click "Start"

Then you can try to install again. Let me know if that doesn't work.
