Hi...

I am trying to download the Presonus FIREPOD CD, so I can begin my home
recording on this computer....but when I go to download the CD it says it
can't find the file "ksuser.dll" and it requests that I get the XP SP2
CD's....

I have upgraded, have all the required equipment....but I still have the
same problem...

Does anyone know what I should do?

Kdrums

Hello "kdrums", to get the ksuser.dll you may want to try Dill-files.com.
They recommend that you use ExpressZip when unzipping thier files. Keep in
mind the ksuser.dll has not been tested by Microsoft, therefore you may want
to contact the vender and ask for a Microsoft tested copy. The dill is free
to download; but there might be a charge for the Microsoft tested copy. I
hope this helps you, good luck on your home recording.
