I have seen this problem cropping up all over the place with no-one having a
solution. You can tell when you have this exact problem when the EULA does
not appear in Various EA Games and it seems to think that DirectX 9.0c is not
installed (But it is - I still had this issue even when using June 2008
DirectX). It is strange I own about 30 EA Games, and half of them have this
problem and the other half does not ! I HAVE managed to find a workaround,
quite simple really. Just copy the entire CD/DVD contents to a temporary
location. Edit the Autorun.cfg file in the Autorun directory, simply changing
the reference to DirectX=9.0c (I changed the 9.0c to 0). Then install from
the temp directory. Feel free to delete the temp directory after you have
installed. If anyone knows of a better place to pass this info along then let
me know or feel free just to tell anyone. EA seems to just be pretending that
this problem doesn't exist !

Hi thanks for the help but not being too computer literate, can you tell me
how to find the autorun.cfg file?

Hi again, I have copied the files and now how do I get into autorun.cfg file
to change references? It keeps asking me what do I want to use to open it?
