I have the '06 version and why doesnt it upgrade so i can use all the
resources of the package...Why have a partial package? The other repair tools
are important assets. It is frustrating to just add color or lighten without
making the pictures crisper and clearer... ......................thank you,

There is no upgrade and never was but
there were several different versions.
Which version do you have? Express?
Standard? Pro? Suite?
And if you go to...Help About...what is
the version number?
