know what is on it? For exp, artistic effect, text effects, cut-out tool, 3D
and Gif making. Basically, what i'm saying, it is similar to picture it with
everything? What version would all of that be on too. Microsoft Digital
Image Suite 2006 or the Anniversary Edition? Thanks in advance whomever helps

Yes...it has the same tools you are familiar with
from Picture It!...plus some new options.
Why not try the Starter version and see if you like it?
You can download it and run it for 60 days and if you
purchase the 2006 full version it will install over it.
(FWIW...the Starter version does not include pre-
formatted projects and clip art)
(FWIW...it's always a good idea to create a System
Restore point before installing software or updates)

Both. The Anniversary Edition is optimized for Vista
and there is a Vista patch for the other 2006 versions.
