Passing values from .NET application in Page Viewer web part to host MOSS application

Hi,
We have a MOSS application which has page viewer environment to the
end user for viewing pages of .NET application.
The two applications are running in two different web context.
The .NET application will authenticate users and has to pass values
from page viewer web part back to the MOSS application.
If anybody has tried this before could you please suggest how to go
about it.
An early responce will be highly appreciated.
