Configuring Network Bridge from program

In Windows XP and newer versions there is the Network Bridge (MAC Bridge
Miniport), which can be configured (Bridge Connections, Add to brigde, remove
from bridge) from Network Connections.
How can be done this from a program? I want to setup a bridge between two
net adapters, add or remove adapters into the network bridge or remove the
bridge from a program. Is there a way to do this from a program?
Any help would be appreciated.
