I believe there was a note about this in the WHQL Newsletter. Up through
WLK 1.4, the kit included the USB compliance test from the USB
Implementor's Forum, and ran that test as part of the testing. For some
reason, WHQL has decided to remove this from WLK, and instead requires you
to download and run the compliance test yourself. When you pass that test,
you get a Test ID that you enter into WLK.
