Digital Signature of a sys file that acts like a user space dll

Hello,

does anybody know if it is possible to digitally sign a .sys file which acts
like a DLL in user space. This .sys file might be installed by an .INF file,
it is no Pnp driver or root enumerated driver

It should look like this

TARGETTYPE=EXPORT_DRIVER
