Windows 7 deployment capture problem

I have a deployment server with WDS and Deployment Work Bench. I can load an
OS from the win7 dvd and I can deploy it. The problem comes when I create a
sysprep and capture task sequence.
I can boot into win pe
select the right task sequence (sysprep and capture one)
then it gives me an error saying "lti error sysprep could not find file
specified"
I go to the deploment server and look at the LTIsysprep log and it says:
"Unable to find Sysprep.inf, image deployment may not be automated" &
"The file OperatingSystemgroups.xml could not be found in any standard
locations"

Currently ltisysprep.wsf is in the deploymentshare\scripts folder right? or
am i missing something? thanks!
