How to create WIM Image

i am trying to setup a WDS server for desktop installation with windows XP, i
have custom images of windows XP with default applicaions loaded. currently
have installed windows 2003 Std with Sp2, have configured RIS before
configuring the WDS. it worked fine and i am able to install the windows 2003
over the network.
after that i have configured WDS and it stoped working then i uploaded a
boot image from windows WIK kit, now when i boot my client through network
boot i see two options one with RIS and WDS.

i need the process of making wim images of XP and uploading it to WDS
server. and i have multipule Custom images.help me if any one has step by
setp process to do this
