creating an image for Windows 7,

1. creating a sysprep.xml with AIK for Windows 7 including Copy Profile = true
2. install Windows 7 and customize it
3. pin several shutcuts on taskbar
4. run sysprep /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:sysprep.xml

After reboot the image, all settings are good as expected except the taskbar
is default, all pinned shutcuts are gone. any suggustion? Thanks
