The list of applications in the Compatibility Manager does not include a
particulatr application that we want to test, yet this same application is
listed in the Add/Remove Programs list in Control Panel. Can you manually
add applications to the list?

Have you deployed the data collection agent package to that machine? or is
this on the local machine you're running ACT (ACM) on?
