Does the running of .NET framework 4.0 RC have an impact of the effect of IE
9's functionality? On various websites (while functional under IE 8 under
.NET 4 RC) one can only obtain numerous errors without any error codes
(attempted to track this through various means and methods and unable to do
so; does not even reflect in Event Viewer either).

In addition, the "hang over" time is lagging after prolong usage of
timespan; it is fast until a specific time frame. When I checked the resource
monitor, on the IE 9 - it soared in the resources, literally draining out
the OS; going from 32,000+ up to 858,000+ in 5 minutes?

Why the excess resource drainage? All other OS is functioning properly as
normalcy, but this is blowing through the roof where one must constantly
clear the cache files to keep "alive" if using IE 9.

I am unable to locate any resource or thread(s) pertaining to resource
drainage from usage of IE 9. Anyone else noticing this? Presently running on
x86 platform (32 bit) with close to 1 TB internal - somewhat kind of asinine
here.

Did the download install properly or would I need to uninstall and reinstall?
