I am trying to find some simple information on ACT 5.5. If am going to
deploy a DCP to either a workstation or a server, what services must be
running? Are there any .NET Framework or any other dependencies? Thanks in
advance for helping me.

The ACT DCPs are tailored to run on workstations and not really on servers.
However, it doesn't have other service or framework dependencies.
