Is Proxy Server built-in already inside Windows2000Server ?

If not, is there any features available in Windows2000Server that we can
use, in replacing with Proxy Server ?

Proxy server isn't - but NAT is...

There is a new product - IAS (Internet Access Server?) - that is in beta (may
be released now) which is designed as a replacement for proxy on w2k

Replacement, no. Alternative, yes.

Look into RRAS and NAT. NAT is installed as a routing protocol in RRAS.
